Randy founded SBTC in 2018 and has delivered flying trapeze programming to 2,500+ families with zero safety incidents. He built AdventureMinds to take that methodology into schools. Randy brings 25 years of experience in movement- based education and emotional development, blending his background in startups, trapeze, and SEL to create programs that transform fear into resilience and connection.

Phillip built and manages Discovery in Motion, AdventureMinds' FERPA-compliant SEL outcomes platform. He drives data, technology, and insights for AdventureMinds. Phillip ensures our programs are measured, refined, and supported with a strong digital strategy.

Jennifer brings more than 15 years of experience in finance and operations to AdventureMinds. She oversees budgeting, accounting, and strategic planning, ensuring the organization's financial health and long-term sustainability.

Andres focuses on a safe and fun work environment for our staff. He handles hiring, onboarding, scheduling required training and background checks. He keeps our policies current, maintains youth-safety compliance and supports benefits, timekeeping and payroll coordination.

Aidan combines a background in marketing and years of working with children to help AdventureMinds grow its reach and impact. He leads website development, digital promotion, and community awareness to connect families and schools to the heart of our mission.
